Stella calls out to Araki as he hurries towards Cruz. She says she'll help him if he answers her questions. Why did he change himself? Araki, too, intended to explain the reason.
The time he met Stella. The meteorite fall disaster. The special power given only to him. As he recounts what happened to him back then, Araki reveals why he made Stella his sister. After
finishing their conversation, the two head towards Cruz. The members of Police Hopper join them and offer their help. Araki finally reaches Cruz.
Now it's Araki's turn to confront Cruz. If his anger is directed at him, he should direct it only at himself. But even with these words, Cruz doesn't stop attacking.
What burden does Cruz carry, and why does he continue to be so angry? Having confronted his past sins, Araki now tries to understand the resentment Cruz harbors. For the first time, Araki looks deep into Cruz's heart.
