Rolling roadblock tactics are put in place, to bring traffic to a standstill and box the suspect vehicle in. On the nightshift, PCs Ed Clarke and Elly Martin are patrolling when a Mercedes flies past them, with the speedy driver clocking in at 110mph and counting.
