Paul Hollywood rekindles his baking roots as he travels the globe in search of the family bakeries, corner delis and luxury hotels which have created the baking heritage of entire cities. During these city breaks, Paul is inspired once again to produce delicious recipes in the very place they originated as he goes "back to the floor" in hotel kitchens, rediscovers family recipes and meets new baking heroes from around the world.

E9 Jerusalem 2017-05-15 · 60 min Paul finds a route through the history and cultures of Jerusalem by spending time with bakers who create incredible flavours for their communities. Inspired, Paul creates Jerusalem bagel bread, and almond and pomegranate loaf cake.

E10 Cape Town 2017-05-22 · 60 min Paul gets a guided tour around Cape Town's best baking hotspots from fellow Food Network star Siba Mtongana. Later, Paul creates two bakes of his own: Earl Grey milk tart and BBQ meat pasties.
