Eviction expert Paul helps Allen gain possession of his flat when his tenant refuses to move out, and letting agent Paul faces a sticky situation when presented with a guarantor who has been stitched up by his son, who is in turn refusing to pay rent.

Meanwhile, in Darwen, letting agent Paul issues proceedings on a tenant who is more than £3,000 in arrears, but Paul's attempts at evicting him are delayed when the tenant refuses to leave without Paul giving him a good reference.
